30 Day Return Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the Vaultum’s products, we will process your refund.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations

If you have placed an order, it has not yet shipped, and you wish to cancel, please forward your order confirmation to support@vaultumllc.com to request cancel. Since the cancellation process may take up to 24 hours, please note that any orders that do ship in the meantime will have to be rejected and/or returned to us. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to Vaultum are the responsibility of the customer. Furthermore, if received, the box should remain unopened. Once we receive the returned order, the refund will be processed within 48 hours. Shipping charge is not refundable. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

WARRANTY TERM

 

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, VAULTUM LLC. MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. VAULTUM  LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS NOT STATED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE IMPOSED BY LAW ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD. STATES OR COUNTRIES DISALLOWING A LIMITATION ON THE DURATION OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR CONSUMER PRODUCTS ARE NOT LIABLE TO VAULTUM LLC. IN SUCH STATES OR COUNTRIES, SOME EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY MAY NOT APPLY.

 

This Warranty applies to the SVAULT branded hardware products sold by VAULTUM LLC, its worldwide subsidiaries, affiliates, authorised resellers, or country distributors (collectively referred to in this Limited Warranty as “SVAULT”) with this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty is applicable in all countries and may be enforced in any country where SVAULT or its authorised service providers offer warranty service subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Limited Warranty. However, warranty service availability and response times may vary from country to country and may also be subject to registration requirements in the country of purchase. Response time for SVAULT by VAULTUM LLC holds to 48 hours, unless otherwise stated in written or mediary methods.

VAULTUM LLC warrants that the SVAULT hardware product and all the internal components of the product purchased from VAULTUM LLC are free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal usage (pr. 7) during the Limited Warranty Period. The Limited Warranty Period starts on the date of purchase from VAULTUM LLC, in which dated invoice or receipt have been delivered. In the case where payment has not been made completely, Limited Warranty Period would still start as per dated invoice or receipt for twelve (12) months of the United States calendar.  Alterations to invoice or sales receipt explicitly would result to a void of Warranty Term and Warranty Term would not cover purchased product. All clients are required to show clear and concise documentation and proof in the form of written or mediary or any other methods provided in which the product is faulty to be applicable to the Warranty Term. Strictly no Warranty Term would be applicable if evidential proof in the forms of written, mediary and first person encounter is not substantially provided. VAULTUM LLC holds the final say to the coverage of the Warranty Term, applicable on a case by case basis. This Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser of SVAULT branded product and is not transferable to anyone who owns ownership of the VAULTUM LLC branded product from the original purchaser.

During the Warranty Period, VAULTUM LLC will repair or replace the defective component parts or the hardware product. All component parts or hardware products removed under this Warranty becomes the property of VAULTUM LLC. The replacement part or product takes on either the Warranty status of the removed part of product or the thirty (30) days warranty of the spare part. The Warranty status and thirty (30) days warranty is included in the twelve (12) months Warranty Period, following the United States of America calendar. In the unlikely event that your SVAULT product has a recurring failure, VAULTUM LLC, at its discretion, may elect to provide you with a replacement unit of SVAULT choosing that is at least equivalent to your SVAULT branded product in hardware performance. VAULTUM LLC reserves the right to elect, at its sole discretion, to give you a refund of your purchase price instead of a replacement.

The client is expected to make copies of the data stored on SVAULT product or other storage devices falling under this warranty as a precaution against possible failures, alteration, or loss of data. The client is required to backup data and remove any confidential, proprietary, or personal information. VAULTUM LLC is not, under any circumstances, responsible for the restoration or reinstallation of any programs or data other than software installed by VAULTUM LLC when the product is manufacturer.

This Warranty does not apply to expendable parts. And this Warranty does not extend to any product that is caused  by the below condition:

(a) as a result of accident, misuse, abuse, or other external causes;

(b) by operation outside the usage parameters stated in the user documentation that shipped with the product;

(c) by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by VAULTUM LLC;

(d) by modification or service by anyone other than (i) VAULTUM LLC, (ii) a VAULTUM LLC authorized service provider, or (iii) your own installation of end-user replaceable VAULTUM LLC or VAULTUM LLC approved parts if available for your product in the servicing country.

This warranty is strictly not exchangeable for cash or vouchers in any circumstances.

WARRANTY PERIOD

Warranty Period for SVAULT storage products is twelve (12) months, following the United States of America calendar.

 

CARRY-IN WARRANTY SERVICE

Under the terms of carry-in service, the client is required to deliver defected SVAULT product to VAULTUM LLC Service Center or an authorised service location for warranty repair. No cost incurred of shipping charges, taxes or duties associated with transportation of the product may be claimable to VAULTUM LLC. The client is required to be fully responsible for insuring any product during delivery and return. The product must be clearly labelled and properly packaged for ease of repair if any. VAULTUM LLC holds the responsibility of contacting the client once product is received. Response time for SVAULT by VAULTUM LLC holds to 48 hours, unless otherwise stated in written or mediary methods. Carry-in warranty service is strictly only available on working business day with accordance to the United States of America calendar.

 

SVAULT REPLACEABLE PARTS PROGRAM

 

Where possible, the VAULTUM LLC Replaceable Parts program ships approved replacement parts directly to the client to repair the product. No cost incurred of shipping charges, taxes or duties associated with transportation of the product may be claimable to VAULTUM LLC. The client is  responsible and required to contact VAULTUM Technical Support Center at +1-919-522-6142, replaceable parts, after considerable understanding of the situation whereby clear and concise documentation and proof in the form of written or mediary or any other methods provided in which the product is faulty to be applicable, can be sent directly to you. Once the part arrives, the client is required to contact the VAULTUM Technical Support Center and a technician will assist you over the phone to ensure smooth installation. Response time for SVAULT by VAULTUM LLC holds to 48 hours, unless otherwise stated in written or mediary methods.

 

STANDARD REPAIR

Repair can also be provided to SVAULT products that are out of warranty. For more information, please contact the VAULTUM LLC Service center. Response time for SVAULT by VAULTUM LLC holds to 48 hours, unless otherwise stated in written or mediary methods.

To ensure ease of repair, ensure the following information is available before contacting VAULTUM LLC:

– Product model name, serial number.

– Applicable error messages

– Add-on options

– Operating system

– Third-party hardware or software

 

VAULTUM LLC states that cost or reputation harm incurred due to faulty products would not be, in any circumstances, liable on VAULTUM LLC. VAULTUM LLC holds the responsibility to update partners or clients on the alterations of WARRANTY TERMS.
